Our Founder & Principal
Desiree Juzdan Ghosn
Desiree is an Associate Coach Certified (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation with a double certification in Executive Coaching and Life Coaching, a certified Lead Auditor in Quality Assurance and a certified Adaptability Practitioner.
She built her global experience as a seasoned management professional through diverse roles in large banks and multinational corporations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf countries, with a proven track record of leading multidimensional high scale projects, navigating complex change waves and drawing successful business models across various markets and industries.
Our Story
From The Middle East to North America
In 2019, Desiree decided to make a pivotal change in her career by starting her own Management Consulting, Coaching and Training business INSIGHTS PERCEPTION in Beirut-Lebanon providing Coaching, Consultancy and Training for Businesses, Entrepreneurs and Individuals.
After relocating to Halifax, Desiree launched INSIGHTS PERCEPTION in Nova Scotia-Canada, and expanded her services to reach new categories of diverse clients offering dedicated programs to serve Business Incubators, and Not-for-profit Organizations.
Community Engagement
Desiree is deeply involved with her community through many volunteering initiatives.
She contributed to meaningful projects using her know-how helping Not for Profit Organizations, mentoring local businesses and newcomers towards building a stronger community and making positive difference.
Continuous Learning
Desiree is a lifelong learner continuously developing her knowledge and earning new certifications to offer her clients the latest innovative and leading edge programs.
